A7 is a pocket size. You find it on revision cards, notepads, small flyers and tickets. It is too large for a business card, but popular for mini flyers that go into parcels with an order.

A7 and the ID-2 card format
The standard ISO/IEC 7810 defines sizes for ID cards. The well-known ID-1 is the bank card at 85.6 × 54 mm. The larger ID-2 measures 105 × 74 mm, which is exactly an A7 sheet in landscape. The next one up, ID-3 (125 × 88 mm), is the passport size and matches B7.
