Posting a C7 envelope
In the UK a C7 envelope cannot be posted on its own: Royal Mail requires letters to be at least 140 × 90 mm. USPS sets the minimum at 3.5 × 5 inches, which C7 also misses. Deutsche Post is the exception, it accepts C7 as a Kompaktbrief, whose minimum is 100 × 70 mm. For posting, put the card in a C6 envelope instead and keep C7 for handing over in person.
